The App is designed to provide secure SIP-based communication. To function correctly, we require access to certain features on your device:

• Microphone: Required to transmit your voice during active calls.
• Contacts: Used locally to map extension numbers to names in your phone's address book. Your contacts are never uploaded to our servers.
• Storage: Required to save call recordings directly to your device's "Documents" folder if you choose to use the recording feature.
• Phone State: Used to manage incoming and outgoing call transitions.

2. Data Security and Encryption

We take the security of your credentials very personally. Your SIP account details (Extension, Secret, and Domain) are stored locally on your device using AES-256 industry-standard encryption. This data is never transmitted to any third party other than the SIP server you explicitly configure.

3. Call Recording

If you use the call recording feature, the audio files are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the recording feature complies with local, state, and international laws regarding call monitoring and recording.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your communication data stays between your device and your organization's configured SIP server.

5. Background Connectivity

The App uses a foreground service to maintain a persistent connection to your SIP server. This ensures you can receive calls even when the app is minimized. A persistent notification is shown to alert you that the service is running.

6. Proximity Sensing

The App uses the device's proximity sensor during active calls to automatically dim the screen when the device is held to the ear. No data from this sensor is stored or transmitted.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
